Return & Refund Policy – Apex Fit Industry

At Apex Fit Industry, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom sportswear and apparel. As each product is made according to your specific requirements, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since we manufacture custom-made products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective

  • The product is significantly different from the approved design, sample, or specifications

  • You receive the wrong item or quantity compared to your order details

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size given by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen display variations

  • Design changes requested after production has started

  • Minor variations that fall within standard manufacturing limits

2. Timeframe for Claims

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
After 7 days, we cannot guarantee approval.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The customer must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

We may request additional evidence for quality verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer or agreed method)

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • In some cases, we may offer replacement products instead of refunds based on customer preference

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our side.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is faulty or incorrect due to our mistake, Apex Fit Industry will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed due to customization and labor costs.

7. Custom Orders Disclaimer

All items are made to order. Slight variations in color, stitching, or measurements may occur and are considered normal in the manufacturing process.
