5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • The client approves the final design or sample, and

  • The agreed payment is received.

After confirmation, no major changes can be made without additional charges.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production time is normally 2–4 weeks, depending on quantity and customization.

  • Delays caused by external factors (courier issues, customs, weather, global emergencies) are beyond our control.

  • Shipping methods include DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, and sea freight.

Apex Fit Industry is not responsible for customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is faulty or significantly different from the approved specifications.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for color variations, size miscommunication, or customer design errors.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, patterns, and images created by Apex Fit Industry remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
